KECO designs its tools and tabs for professional body repair work. This page explains how warranty coverage applies to KECO-branded products and how it varies by product family.
This warranty applies only to KECO products purchased by the original owner, with proof of purchase. It does not apply to products made by other manufacturers, even if they are sold on the KECO website.
Who Is Covered
- The original purchaser of the KECO product.
- Warranty coverage is not transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required. If needed, KECO can help locate orders made directly through KECO.
What KECO Will Do
If KECO confirms that a KECO-branded product has a problem covered by this warranty, KECO will:
- Replace the product, or
- Replace the part of the product that can be reasonably replaced.
KECO covers all shipping costs for approved warranty replacement products or replacement parts.
What Is Not Covered (General)
- Use that is clearly outside normal GPR or collision repair applications.
- Damage caused by using the product in ways it was not designed to be used.
- Damage caused by altering or modifying the product.
- Products that are not manufactured by KECO (3rd party products follow the manufacturer’s warranty).

Coverage is grouped by how products appear in our website menu. “Lifetime” means KECO will support the original purchaser for as long as they own the product, subject to the conditions on this page.
